                                      SPY REPORT

     It's me, The Unknown Spymaster here with my bag to give you the news on last 
week's fights.  Say good-bye to METAL CHURCH, as they are pushed from the coveted top 
team spot by the DEEP ELVES stable.  It was a tough week for VULGAR UNICORN, to drop 
6 places in the rankings.  Coming up with a solid 4-1-1 outing, WORTHLESS MANAGERS 3 
has advanced 6 places in the rankings.  Advancing in the rankings was DEEP ELVES who 
went from last turn's 150-123-8, to this week's record of 154-124-8.  And falling 
like a basher in the top ten was JUBAL, who dropped 13 points after a disappointing 
(to say the least) bout with CHYLEYA.  Going for the gusto and coming up with aught 
but bloody knuckles was METAL CHURCH's HITMAN, who was turned away from the 
Duelmastership by ALL-IN.  Advice to bashers--never force anything, just get a bigger 
halberd!   
     Here is other news that is of note.  Did you hear that HARLEQUINS was most 
avoided team this week?  Well, knowing the personal hygiene of HARLEQUINS' warriors, 
I'm not surprised!  Okay, so I may not be funny, but catch DEEP ELVES' act in the 
arena.  Those acrobats seem to be fairly deft at running from HARLEQUINS.  Well dang 
howdy, but if challenges were votes, MOOSE would be president.  Although it may be a 
contest she doesn't want to win.  In a touching display by a 'touched' warrior, BOSS 
RAT went after MADMAN OVERTURE, who was higher by 24 points.  Well, when the dust 
settled, BOSS RAT won victory over MADMAN OVERTURE.  RAM SHAM of DEEP ELVES had 
better have a good reason for challenging down 8 points in a challenge which she 
lost.  I thought RAM SHAM showed great skill and promise when she lost to GONGAN.  
All right, so I slept through it!  Big deal!   
     Death is kind of like a new puppy:  he's always around wanting to play.  (Ha 
Zontani, how's that for a wise saying?).  DEUCE OF DIAMONDS defied all odds and slew 
SHEWISH GIANT in the Dark Arena.  The only ones displeased were the buzzards, as 
SHEWISH GIANT's meat is notoriously tough.  AMSEN says to his dog--'Who should I 
fight this week?'.  Dog says 'STONE GOLEM'.  So the guy dies.  Moral?  Put lying dogs 
to sleep.  Well, just when you thought it was safe to put a new warrior in the arena. 
No no!  WOODSON, a mere boy, was slain by DRIPPY this turn.  Well, the dead gal 
NEWTON just took SONS OF THE STAR off hers Christmas card list.  The poor gal's 
bloodfeud just expired with zippo results.  Ask not the elves for counsel, for they 
will say both yes and no.  Silly buggers, eh?   
     Well, there's the manager of the NIANIA giving me the 'cut' sign (or is that 
'They're going to strangle you in the alley?).  Well, there goes another Spy Report.
