                                      SPY REPORT

     Greetings warriors!  It is I, Zontani Sharp Eyes, here to bring report of the 
clash and bustle of the weekly NIANIA games.  Former top team WORTHLESS MANAGERS 3 
was unseated this week as METAL CHURCH moved up from 3rd ranking to take the top spot 
with a 4-1-1 record for the round.  Fortune did not smile upon OF WOLF & DROW this 
time out who this turn suffered a fall into 13th position in the wake of a 0-1-0 
round.  Warriors--remember that glory waits always around the corner!  Witness how 
this week VULGAR UNICORN went 1-0-0 to move up 4 in the rankings.  My praise to 
RESURRECTION for their 3-1-1 week this time out.  Indeed, it was a skillfully fought 
round deserving of notice!  HITMAN caught the eye of many in the gladiatorial 
commission as she skillfully bested ICA BRIGHTLITE and was awarded 32 points in 
recognition.  Who here was not present for the title fight this week as THE DEALER 
boldly challenged CHYLEYA in order to strive for the Duelmasters honors?  Not for 
nothing has CHYLEYA in the past laid claim to the Duelmaster's throne, and this week 
she's proven hers combat skill yet again.  No confirmation, but my sources claim that 
the top team has gained their position using magical aids.  Charmed weapons perhaps?  
     But come now, let us look deeper into the maze of contention and crossed blades 
that is city NIANIA.  NIANIA, city of gladiators!  Mighty among the names of thy 
guilds is STRANGE PLANET, a guild shunned and avoided by many in the weekly duels.  
Methinks more than a few here could name the guild it was that spent the better part 
of last week avoiding STRANGE PLANET.  Indeed it was DEEP ELVES.  Mighty fighters 
cannot but expect competition from those below.  FAKE HEALER take warning!  You have 
more than a few enemies in NIANIA.  A match that raised a few eyebrows at the games 
this week, it seems that BOSS RAT posted a challenge against the more highly 
recognized STAUBACH.  The results, you ask?  Well, the firebrand BOSS RAT bested 
STAUBACH.  Remember warriors, this is the discipline of steel.  I can not but mention 
with disdain the name of WINDSONG who this week posted a challenge to a warrior a 
full 13 points below in the rankings.  I thought WINDSONG showed great skill and 
promise when she overcame ESMITH.  All right, so I slept through it!  Big deal!   
     Is not Death a warrior's foremost adviser?   Warriors, may this counselor stand 
ready at your right hand forever!  I must report the passing of ICA BRIGHTLITE, 
veteran of many duels.  19-18-1 final record Hers was not illustrious--but death 
plays no favorites.  Fate is a fickle mistress.  She showers the miserable with 
fortune but sets enemies against the victorious.  Remember this!   
     If it were not for my skills as a spy I would have been mugged three times 
already in NIANIA.  Nice atmosphere you have here!  Ahh, but I can hear the spires of 
a far off city calling to me.  I must away!  Till next we meet remember - the pen is
