                             Notes from the arena champ.

Unexpected, but I'll take it. Being Duelmaster is rarely a bad thing. I can already 
hear the ballads being composed to honor my legacy. "Ode to a Dead End." Has a certain 
ring to it, don't you think?

Not much to write about with only four teams running. You know it's a small turn when 
every single active warrior appears on the most popular AND the least popular lists. I 
can only guess that PhoenixGuard is thankful there are at least SOME NPCs to fight.

And, Neon Terminus managed to snag six arena awards, which means that the city's tax 
dollars will be funding our entire next turn. Thank you, Commission officials!  (Is it 
too much to say that we're putting it on their "Riztab"? Sorry.)

                                      SPY REPORT

     Well, what are you looking at, RIZTAB?  Ain't you never seen Snide Clemens 
before?  Ah, shaddup and listen to my news.  Of course, we're all terribly impressed 
to see SADE win a fight and gain 12 points, terribly.  Tsk, tsk, HMMM beat EXFINITUS 
and EXFINITUS lost 1 points.  You're breakin' my heart.  And if variety is the spice 
of life, RIZTAB may be getting bland, as DEAD END stays top dog in the city.  
Kickbacks and bribes, kickbacks and bribes, how else do you think some of these guys 
win their fights?  Skill?  Ha!   
     My mother always told me, 'If you don't have anything nice to say, start 
talking.' I loved that woman.   
     Death and Taxes.  The less death I see, the more it taxes my patience.  Let's 
see if anyone's dead or dying.  We're all going to die in the end, so why worry if 
the fate catches up with you sooner that later?   
     I was about to buy a new quill pen the other day, but some fighter took it for 
an epee.  Forgive me for writing with a dagger.  Phlllt!  Just had to do that before 
I leave the fine city of RIZTAB.  I feel much better now.  Paste this one in your
