Notes from the arena champ.

Out with my broken-down team mate, in with shiny, sparkly me! Yep, it's exciting
times for Solven! One bit of excitement was Boom Naca challenging Coming Achoo
because it wasn't a typical challenge, it was a TV challenge! That's right, little
ol' Boom Naca went 8-3 as a rookie in the last tournament and thus can issue TV
challenges. The next logical step is wondering how the heck Coming Achoo beat him.
And the next step after that is wondering how Sparkle Pants beat Coming Achoo twice!
And the next step after that is wondering how Hey Little Brother beat Sparkle Pants!
When I think of Little Brother I think of the dog in the animated Disney movie Mulan
-- he helps her feed the chickens, remember? Anyway, I want to thank Neon Trees, Doin
Their Thing, and Unicorn Squad for issuing challenges -- they don't always work out
but at least it shows you're paying attention!

SPY REPORT

Greetings, Warriors of SOLVEN. Allow this humble servant Novgorodny Vir to give
you a respite from the fights in the form of this Spyreport. Nothing works for a
team like victory (How's that for a perceptive observation?) as NEON TREES can
attest... Practice pays for MR. WONDERFUL, who pummelled WINDOWS DOWN, to pocket 19
points. A certain someone should cut down on the drinking and practice more, after
losing 14 points to KUNG-FU MASTER. (Discrete enough, BOOGEYMAN?) MISTER
successfully staved off a grab for the roses by CEDARBURN of NEON TREES. Does SOLVEN
have no one talented enough to dethrone him? So who was the warrior seen charging
into immovable walls and challenging dead trees? Someone's got a basic problem...
So much to report, so little time! Perhaps the warriors of NEON TREES should
take up some hobbies, as they are the most avoided team... Like a pup with its tail
between its legs, SNOT QUITE RIGHT scurried away from NEON TREES. Oh, the shame! If
challenges were horses, MUSK could open up a fast food joint! Willing to win at any
cost is COMING ACHOO, who challenged WILLOW REAVER, 8 points junior. Our sympathies,
WILLOW REAVER! I thought COMING ACHOO showed great skill and promise when she
subdued WILLOW REAVER. All right, so I slept through it! Big deal!
Ah, the duel! The roar of the oppenent, the smell of the crowd! Questions are
being raised about the disposing of severed body parts in the arena. A certain
tavern in SOLVEN would I avoid!
