                                      SPY REPORT

     Hail and well met warriors of ROCANIS!  Know me for who I am, Zontani Sharp 
Eyes, Spymaster extraordinaire of all Alastari.  Former top team ALLIANCE was 
unseated this week as CHRISTMAS CURSES moved up from 3rd ranking to take the top spot 
with a 2-0-0 record for the round.  LUMP O COAL caught the eye of many in the 
gladiatorial commission as he skillfully bested ROCANI TURNCOAT and was awarded 9 
points in recognition.  Not for nothing has NO SNO 4 U in the past laid claim to the 
Duelmaster's throne, and this week he's proven his combat skill yet again.  Would you 
believe that over half of the old women in ROCANIS seem to feel that they could fight 
better than you gladiators?   
     But come now, let us look deeper into the maze of contention and crossed blades 
that is city ROCANIS.  ROCANIS, city of gladiators!  Mighty among the names of thy 
guilds is ALLIANCE, a guild shunned and avoided by many in the weekly duels.  If you 
didn't look down dark alleys you'd have been hard pressed to find any of CHRISTMAS 
CURSES last week.  Busy avoiding ALLIANCE?   
     Vendettas.  Bloodied blades and broken spears.  Indeed the city has seen more 
than its fair share of red in recent times.  Fate is a fickle mistress.  She showers 
the miserable with fortune but sets enemies against the victorious.  Remember this!
